He became a certified member of the InterNACHI Certified Home inspectors and completed the level one Golder and Associates building inspector training course, along with FLIR level one thermal imaging building inspections. Always striving to do better, Shawn struck out on his own to build the successful Inspect Express Home and Building Inspections ltd, where he successfully completed over 7000 fee-paid home inspections.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]During that time, he wrote a much needed home inspection manual report system that is currently in use by multiple home inspection companies and approved by the Government of British Columbia. He formed Rock Solid Foundation Repair, and lead it to success repairing damaged, leaking basement foundations for eight years until eventually returning to home inspections.
